“The location is incredible. Convenient to everything. The room itself is spacious and clean, with a nice little kitchen and balcony. One downside was that the whole building smelled terrible. It wasn’t the rooms themselves but something to do with the sewer system I guess. Was yucky. ”

“The hotel is centrally located just across the road from the station. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom had a great shower and very nice toiletries. I will definitely stay again.”

“Fantastic venue and great location ”

“Receptionists were friendly. The host at breakfast ensured my vegan sausages (ordered at reception the day before) were freshly heated on my arrival and breakfast was lovely. He was attentive and polite. Room was very clean with a view overlooking the garden (Room 1, double, first floor). It's one street away from the main Headingley Lane bus stops straight into Leeds City Centre and buses are regular. Lots of pubs, restaurants, hustle & bustle (it's the student area of the city)....

“Sicuramente è un hotel molto carino con un buon serviIo e personale gentile. Molto complicato il parcheggio che non è nell hotel sebbene si siano attrezzati in modo da assicurarti il posto auto in un parcheggio affianco. Le camere non sono grandissime ma hanno l essenziale così come la colazione - molto misera rispetto ai soliti Marriott però comunque buon cibo. ”

“On arrival we were informed we had received a complimentary room upgrade, which was very much appreciated. The suite was lovely. Spacious and very clean with a huge bed. Separate lounge and kitchenette containing hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. It would be ideal if you are here on business for a few days. Good location by the train station. Quiet room. No noise from the trains or the lifts in the building. The rooftop bar and terrace are nice and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.”

“A total Leeds gem. It’s so close to the city centre shops that my bank account and step count were in a constant battle. The room design/furniture layout is great, as having a distinct lounge area made it much easier to relax, as I didn't feel like I was living on a bed all stay. Having a kitchen was a game-changer for avoiding takeaway/eating out fatigue and meant I could have a relaxed night in instead.
