“Ottimo appartamento per 6 persone. Due ampie camere, una con soppalco per niente angusto con due letti singoli, uno a scomparsa. Posizione comodissima, vicino alla metro, ma anche ottima per passeggiate fuori dai soliti percorsi turistici. Abbiamo raggiunto in mezz’ora il quartiere di Belville dove abbiamo goduto di un panorama bellissimo e respirato la quotidianità degli abitanti. Attraversando la strada di fronte al portone di ingresso, si trova una boulangerie molto fornita con personale...

“A little miscommunivcation with the property host but we eventually got settled in after awhile. Residence was spotlessly clean and we had everything that we needed. Word of advice to travellers: use 1 means of comms with host as I think that's where probably our messages got mixed up”

“Très beau triplex merveilleusement situé dans une rue adjacente aux Champs Élysées. Il est dans une cours intérieure donc on est au calme et le premier metro est à juste 5min à pied. Appartement calme, propre avec tout le confort nécessaire. Merci à Georges et Charles pour leur accueil et merci pour nos amis qui ont pu rester un peu plus longtemps. Demande faite à l'improviste et acceptée sans problème. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !”

“With a metro station a block away and all the amenities nearby, this is in a great location for exploring Paris. The apartment was very clean. It could use a little maintenance, but everything worked as needed. The host was very responsive to communication. It's next to an elementary school, so you hear kids during the day, but it's quiet at night.”

“So we ran from London to Paris and needed a place to stay once in Paris. This apartment is ideally located, it’s so easy to access the train station and main roads. The area is quiet and there is parking outside. The apartment is really spacious, there was plenty of room for 5 of us. The communication was fantastic too. All in all a great place to stay. “Patrick was an amazing host. He communicated with us promptly anytime we needed information after we booked his property. We don’t speak French. He had no issues communicating in English. He gave us an early checkin since our flight arrived in the morning and met us at the apartment. He walked us through everything and was very pleasant. Very gracious host. “Abbiamo affittato questa casa per una settimana per visitare Disneyland. Ottima posizione (quartiere tranquillissimo) 10 minuti da Centro Commerciale Val d Europe e 10 minuti da Disneyland. Centro di Parigi raggiungibile in 20/30 minuti di auto. Eravamo 9 persone (di cui 3 bambini) e ci siamo trovati molto bene, c'è spazio per tutti. Giardino meraviglioso. Arredamento forse un po' datato ma comunque funzionale. Bagni tradizionali francesi senza bidet.”

“Gastgeber: super, Lage: super, mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz um die Ecke, Supermarkt in Laufnähe. Nur Details die man wieder aufbessern kann, bzw Kritikpunkt sind (wenig Handtücher, etwas mehr Sauberkeit in Küche).”

“Die Unterkunft entspricht im Wesentlichen der Beschreibung. Die Bilder sind schon etwas veraltet. Die Unterkunft war im Großen und Ganzen sauber, die Küche hätte für unseren Geschmack sauber sein können. Sonst fanden wir es super, dass die Unterkunft über eine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine mit Trockner und saubere Dusch- und Handtücher und Bettwäsche verfügt. Die Lage ist top!!!”

“Difficult to find the shuttle between T2B and T2D and the receptionists tries to help you find via telephone with big difficulties. Room was cold and we tried to heat it up with the thermostat. Air from vents was almost cold and outside was 5°. Called receptionist at 23h asking for help: NO RADIATOR available, NO extra blankets, NO help to fix the heating system. No manager to speak on duty…… wordless…… Suggestions: Bring a lot of night clothes. You are lucky we are not asking for refund.”
