“The landlord refused to give us the addresses of the apartment or the place for picking up the keys until just before we arrived ... we are in our 80s ... we simply could not travel to Europe and taxi from the airport without knowing well before we left where we were going ... so we cancelled the rental and believe we should get a refund ... we have asked Expedia to help us but they have not been helpful, and have done nothing to help with the refund ... we are disgusted with the landlord and...

“I had a couple issues during my stay- (1) the fan was not working (with no air conditioning, this made the room hot). (2) The bathroom sink would not drain (I was advised to go purchase a drain solution which I would be refunded for), (3) The stay requires an €800 Euro damage deposit to be paid on an external site. “It was clean and well-furnished. Our only wish was that we could get some air moving with a fan.”

“Tutto ok”
