“I didn’t expect to have this issues with this hotel. I am disappointed at the conditions of this hotel. It looked so nice in the advertising photos. We get into our room and first notice the toilet had a water leak, then conditioner bottle in the shower was empty and the hair dryer wasn’t working. Also, the elevator had a strong weed smell. I called the front desk and the personal did tried helping me out. He replaced the dryer and conditioner, but couldn’t accommodate us into another room...
