“What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Breakfast was lovely, huge croissants. Honestly can’t fault anything. I’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again, I want to try one of the other rooms as they’re all...

“We had a great two night stay at The Wheatsheaf in West Beckham. A quiet, clean and very comfortable room. Lots of tea, coffee and hot chocolate to choose from. The cooked breakfast was amazing - plenty of choice and all freshly cooked for you. We also ate at the pub in the evening, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Loved the cocktails. Check in was easy. The staff were really lovely and could not have be more friendly, welcoming or attentive. ”

“I loved the balcony in our room. I have difficulty with walking, and a lift would have been a nice touch. However, the difficulties were overcome, and the staff were extremely good at helping and taking heavy luggage to our rooms. Many thanks. The best policy was to talk to the staff, who were delighted to help in many ways, and they were very good. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we will use this hotel again. We have no complaints, only our thanks for an extremely enjoyable time”

“ノリッジ空港に深夜に到着する予定だったため、空港近くでリーズナブルなこのホテルに予約。部屋は広く清潔でしたが、一晩中換気の音がかなり大きかったのが、1番の欠点。隣りに24時間のマクドナルドがあり、朝食はリーズナブルにそちらを利用しました。シティセンターに行くバス停もそれほど遠くなく、空港近くにあるもうひとつのホテルと比べると、コスパは良いと思いました。”

“The staff were all polite and helpful, although some seemed a little inexperienced. We ate in the restaurant one night, the food was well presented, but the pork belly was over cooked and the chips were over salted. We also asked for the coffee tray to be cleaned & refreshed. Someone had come in, left a large bag of tea/coffee sachets in the room, but not cleaned the cups & tray - I assume they got distracted & didn't finish the job.”
