“The rooms had bugs , there was air conditioning outside on the landings but inside the rooms were disgusting no air conditioning we were sweltering and uncomfortable all night I would never stay here again beware”

“L' hotel è fisicamente sepsrato dalla reception che si trova all'interno di un pub. Per fare la prima colazione (le foto sono ingannevoli!) devi attraversare un piazzale. Se piove son problemi. Hotel adatto per una notte e via. Tutto sommato pulito. Trenta minuti per avere asse e ferro da stiro, ma alla fine è arrivato.”

“The cabin wasn’t as clean, sofa in cabin was absolutely dirty. Breakfast on both days was shambles, you’ve to queue up for hot breakfast, and the guy serving it Louis wasn’t the nicest, witnessed him being rude to 2 women, however being absolutely fine to others. People of colour are not nice to people of colour!!! Both days no veggie sausages, was told ran out, they just didn’t want to cook them… swimming for kids only 8-10am (same time as breakfast) and 3-5pm!!! We honestly do not recommend...

“The Coach House is a lovely property with incredible views. The property was immaculate and lots of consideration given to travellers. The welcome pack was much appreciated and Chris could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. I loved the upside down style and it did not affect the views. The house is cosy and welcoming at the end of a long day. Chris has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Chris x”

“The house is very dated, the beds were uncomfortable, the rubbish bins outside were overflowing. The listing states a hot tub and the photos show that that’s what drew us to book but upon arrival there wasn’t one ! The staff on the phone were rude when they called to complain about our parking, we wasn’t even in at the time. They didn’t even ask if everything was ok with the stay. Would I recommend it no !”

“Room 2 Our only issue was with the Shower 1/ It was very small 2/ The water flowing from the shower head was VERY poor , when our message was left for the owner on our first day regarding this issue, no response was received , We did bite our lip perhaps & did not complain again although the shower did not improve 3/ on Departure the Host was not at the desk so just left our keys & departed Other than this issue The breakfast was very good . “The property was not a 'cottage' as advertised but a top floor apartment. The property is a detached building split into 2 apartments. Tanglewood is the top apartment and Treetops is the bottom apartment. Tanglewood was a lovely, spacious and clean apartment with everything provided. I had trouble with the key box on arrival but the owner came out immediately to help me and then showed me around the apartment. Plenty of parking on the road outside.”

“Would definitely go again but would avoid the ground floor 1 bed lodges due to noise from the accommodation above. Bathrooms require a privacy blind, especially at night.”
