“There was black mold in the bathroom and the shower floor looked filthy. I was assured that it was clean, that magic erasers were used to clean them and it had just worn off coating making them look like that. I’m not convinced. The sink was slow to drain. The clothes dryer didn’t work. My son and his family also had a room here and theirs was worse. Staff wouldn’t even look at their complaints (hair in shower, urine, blood and feces in bathroom). “IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE STAY AWAY!!
Paid and checked in to our room. Then we saw the room was not anything close to the pictures. It clearly smelled mold. We tried to get a partial refund. They refused it. When we informed them that we will be sharing our experience and pictures on expedia, the management called the police and got us out of property and still charged us for the stay, effectively stealing our money.
If you like India slums without going to India, this is the perfect place!
