“Great location. Clean”

“The hotel felt like it could have been a lovely place at one time. It feels like a grimy McDonald’s play place. Carpets and pillows felt old and worn. Breakfast and coffee were pretty good. A fight between several women in the hall on our floor at 2 am kept us awake. Not a fan of this establishment.”

“The staff were very accommodating and showed genuine concern for the ordeal I went through at Baymont Inn. The suite we stayed had a few issues, however as far as missing kitchen equipment it was replaced by staff immediately upon notifying them. The shower curtain rod is not securely attached and so the curtain falls to the middle of the tub. I used paperclips to hold the curtain closed but it needs a couple of screws. I could not get the TVs to accept the HDMI cable so that we could watch the...

“Not the worst but definitely not the best. Lots of broken items or repairs that were not done well. Not very clean. We had to wipe the floor in the bathroom because they wiped a bunch of hairs and dirt behind the door. Beds were comfy though and AC worked great. Breakfast was decent. Would like to see staff take better care of the rooms before going back”

“We were pleasantly surprised. There were a lot of young people staying there and I thought it might be a problem but none what so ever. I will choose a room with a balcony though next time. All in all, it was worth the amount we spent.”

“Great location and convenient to everything. The room was a bit small and could have been cleaner, but the housekeeping staff was very friendly and welcoming. One suggestion would be to add some type of blinds, privacy screening, or shading around the pool area, as it was easy for people passing by to see directly into the pool. It felt a little uncomfortable and took away from the sense of privacy. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.”

“This location was under construction. There were no dishes, cups or cutlery in the room. There was no maid service and there was no complimentary breakfast or cafeteria available at all. This experience guarantees that I will never stay at a Wyndham hotel ever again.”

“The room was clean and nice size. The kitchenette was a nice touch. Unfortunately there wasn’t any hot water. The only way to get luke warm water in the sink was turning the bath faucet on for awhile. Then the next morning we found luke warm shower water that rapidly went to ice cold. Brought this up when checking out, was not offered a credit but was told we were the second to complain. We forgot garment. Tried to call no answer at your hotel phone.
