“Every staff member and the manager I met, were personable, helpful, courteous, and professional. They are a cut above many places I have stayed in my life of travels. In this day and age, where no one seems to understand the meaning of Customer Service, they were exceptional. As a sidelight, the food there is exceptional, including breakfast. If I’m in Auburn Hills again, I will stay there. ”

“The staff was both courteous and helpful. The workout room was pretty good. The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast wasn't very good, at least not like the others on our trip.”
