“Overall, the hotel was decent for the price. It’s a little run down in some areas, but the room was clean and the breakfast was actually pretty good with enough options to get the day started. “The staff seem to polite until I brought up the point that they had cockroaches and then they became rude and disrespectful and thought it was funny that I even brought it up and complained. They refuse to give me the money for my remaining stay. So I lost money because there's no way I was going to live in there with cockroaches and rude staff that wouldn't do anything about it.”
