“The Front Desk was excellent! There was a problem with my reservation and they were patient and waited for me to get it corrected. As soon as it's was resolved, they called and had my room ready! The staff was very professional! The rooms were excellent!”

“Overall for the cost, was a fair stay. Most likely would not stay again. Thr bathroom was not cleaned well, the shampoo bottle was broken off the wall just sitting on the side of the tub, the sink leaked and there was a gap above the door so you could see the light from the hallway. The breakfast was pretty basic - the hot food looked old, like it was sitting for a long time. The person working the front desk during check in was very friendly.”

“The staff were very accommodating and showed genuine concern for the ordeal I went through at Baymont Inn. The suite we stayed had a few issues, however as far as missing kitchen equipment it was replaced by staff immediately upon notifying them. The shower curtain rod is not securely attached and so the curtain falls to the middle of the tub. I used paperclips to hold the curtain closed but it needs a couple of screws. “This location is comfortable and convenient for a long-term stay. This is my fifth time staying at this location and I was surprised by the fact that my garbage disposal unit was not working, I reported it on Tuesday and it was still not working when I checked out on Sunday. In addition, there were 3 dryers in the laundry room that were out of order for days. The lack of attention to details is a slippery slope to mediocrity!”
