“Breakfast bar needs up grading no waffle maker . No English muffins. Breakfast attendant was hard to find . Coffee running out .frozen donuts terrible”

“They said they were under new ownership and renovating. Still no excuse to give us a room with no working shower and visible mold and debris littering the hallways. The property seemed very aged, very different than any photos... beds were OK, but bathroom was horrendous.”

“Room and bathroom were clean. Very comfortable bed. Nice kitchen which I didn't need for my stay. Great staff. Good breakfast. Shower product dispensers were all empty so make sure to bring your own. No big deal. They really need to fix up that scary looking elevator.”

“Check in was nice, we had a choice of room. Our room was clean, the air conditioning worked, the hair dryer did not. The out door pool wasn't open due couple of days rain. Staff was very accommodating, when asked for toilet paper they brought it right away. Breakfast wasn't bad, but not great. Main ontrays were in 3 different spots. Waffles were good. Was easy to get uber or lyft.”

“This location is comfortable and convenient for a long-term stay. This is my fifth time staying at this location and I was surprised by the fact that my garbage disposal unit was not working, I reported it on Tuesday and it was still not working when I checked out on Sunday. In addition, there were 3 dryers in the laundry room that were out of order for days. The lack of attention to details is a slippery slope to mediocrity!”

“Not at all. I came down about 9:00 am. Many of the pots were empty. The hot water is not hot to make tea. The coffee is not hot. There were no disposable plates for serving the food. Therefore, I had to nock the kitchen door so somebody can help us. Unfortunately, She was setting in the guest area rather than of helping the clients and make sure everything as it should be. “Overall for the cost, was a fair stay. Most likely would not stay again. Thr bathroom was not cleaned well, the shampoo bottle was broken off the wall just sitting on the side of the tub, the sink leaked and there was a gap above the door so you could see the light from the hallway. The breakfast was pretty basic - the hot food looked old, like it was sitting for a long time. The person working the front desk during check in was very friendly.”

“The staff were very accommodating and showed genuine concern for the ordeal I went through at Baymont Inn. The suite we stayed had a few issues, however as far as missing kitchen equipment it was replaced by staff immediately upon notifying them. The shower curtain rod is not securely attached and so the curtain falls to the middle of the tub. I used paperclips to hold the curtain closed but it needs a couple of screws.
