“These rooms are very falsely advertised. The bathrooms are so gross. Our tub was not clean and had build up on the drain. There was also hair in the tub. We asked if it could be cleaned, they said they’d send house keeping up. All they did was take out the trash and make the beds. The toilet and trashcan were so gross as well in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom has been painted so many times (probably to cover up how old it is) the door would crack every time you open it. You can walk in...

“Breakfast was very good with many options and the bar food was decent, however the Cantina restaurant (pool bar) was only open when the weather was sunny and there was very little “resort” feel unless the weather was perfect. With the pool bar closed, guests were told to order from the Rhum Bar, but when I asked for a virgin pina colada for my daughter, I was told they could not make one because they didn’t have a blender. “Very clean an quiet hotel, staff is respectful and very professional ”

“The room was fine. The buffet breakfast was weak. There was a loud banging all night in the wind - think it was the gates of the dumpster pen. That seems fixable. The windows face the parking lot and people can see into rooms if the block out shade isn’t down. It’s a fine place to sleep but that’s about it.”

“Room was cleanish. You could see where the soap areas were not clean. Could still see the buildup where the last ones were placed. No chain on the front door. No beach view. It’s across the street, was told hotel was on the beach. Toilet issues, it wouldn’t refill tank after flush, for several minutes to an hour. Mold rust build up against the outer wall of the shower. Parking was great.staff were fine, no issues. I would not come back to this one. ”

“Room was ok. Bathroom cleanliness wasn’t up to standard. There were some black spots in shower that were easily cleaned. I didn’t know if they were chips or not. Nope mold. Hotel location was great across the street from a great breakfast place and a block from the beach. Parking was expensive. ”

“Our room stayed hot and muggy though the outside temperature didn’t get above 73 degrees. The staff was very nice but the clientele was rowdy at night. We could smell smoke wafting into our room and people running and yelling the last night we were there. Our room was very clean, but the bed wasn’t very comfortable and there is no fan in the bathroom. The hotel just needs updating. The location is really great. We didn’t try the breakfast ”

“We had a delicious breakfast both mornings that we ordered ahead of time with lots of options to choose from, so it is really fresh! They had a nice Social Hour that had some tasty snacks with wine, beer, soft drinks and I’m sure tea/coffee if requested. The room was really nice, clean and we had a fabulous shower. They also provided plush bathrobes to use during our stay, which was nice. We stayed in the Charlotte room. And it was within walking distance to everything. The staff was really...
