“Not up to this group's usual standard. An old and loud AC unit was the most negative part of the stay. Staff were not rude but certainly not welcoming. We had to ask about breakfast times and other amenities - the answers were perfunctory. I was not welcomed as a Bonvoy member. Breakfast service was spotty - I ordered a breakfast burrito and received a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. As the only customer at the time, this was not someone else's order. None of these things by themselves...

“The night shift desk clerk was so amazing. The address from Expedia wasn’t jiving with my GPS and so I called tired. She walked me step by step through the final turns. Everyone I interacted during my overnight stay was very helpful. I felt very safe and secure. Would highly recommend this hotel to travelers or guests.”

“The only real issue I had was that the key card originally wouldn't open the room door. It took 3 tries (and trips to the main desk) to get it to work. Another gentleman who checked in at the same time had the same issue. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and thank God, the AC worked! I generally don't eat breakfast, but on the 3rd morning I decided to try it. For a free hotel breakfast, it was really good. Bagels, muffins, bread of all kinds--all individually...
