By making a reservation, you agree to comply with the following rules, designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for all guests. External visitors are not permitted under any circumstances. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and is only allowed on terraces. Non compliance will result in a fine of 250,000 COP. Throwing trash from balconies or common areas is not allowed. We maintain a zero tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, parties, events, over occupancy, or inappropriate behavior. Violations may result in fines of up to three times the total reservation value and immediate termination of the stay without refund. The main guest must be of legal age and remain on the property for the entire stay. All occupants must be properly registered prior to arrival. Cancellations are subject to the policy in effect at the time of booking; no refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, or travel issues beyond our control. Additionally, interruptions in public services such as water, gas, electricity, or internet do not qualify for refunds, as these are external situations beyond our control. However, we will do our best to manage any issue with providers and restore services as quickly as possible.
