“Carpeting is about 30 years old. Beds worn out. First room stunk like wet dogs. First room did not have a refrigerator. Everything was old and worn. Room felt like it needed a face lift. Not sure how comfortable we were with the cleanliness of the place. Air conditioning looked old. Room was quiet for the most part. Bedspreads and blankets seemed old and used.”

“Mattresses were absolutely horrible. We had two suites with 12 people total and nobody slept well. The breakfast is great. The view is stunning (little Switzerland?). The rooms were clean and the pool was good. The hot tub needed cleaning so we didn’t go in it.”

“Staff were very kind, helpful and attentive. I chose the place because it had a pool but the pool was closed while I was there and that was disappointing. Room was adequate for the price. Nothing fancy but had the necessities.”

“When we checked in Thursday evening young lady at the front desk was smiling , helpful, and kind. She also helped us with the TV. Issue later in the evening , what a pro. The pool and hot tub were sparkling, clean and just the right temperature.. The rooms were clean and stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. Good pillows too.
