TV remote didn't work -- couldn't even shut it off so had to sleep with the welcome screen on, No one available to fix it, Offered another room but we'd already unpacked. No soda machine -- poor selection of drinks at the front desk. Put in a room directly below noisy people -- stomping on floor ...

Everyone and everything was great, except for all of the potholes in and around the parking lot. Clean room, staff was kind, breakfast was good, would definitely recommend and will stay here again.
