Welcome to 43 Squire Street: your perfect getaway holiday home nestled in the serene Fingal Bay. This large holiday home can host up to 8 guests, offering four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The spacious master bedroom features a Queen size bed, ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity, balcony access, walk in robe and is completed by a private lounge area with TV. Each of the three remaining rooms offers a Queen size bed in each room, creating the perfect environment for family and friends. The main Bathroom has a shower over the bath and vanity with separate toilet.

This holiday home is designed with relaxation as a priority. The open plan living area houses a big screen smart-TV, ready to entertain, and opens onto an airy balcony, with outdoor dining and a BBQ. For those with a culinary passion, the kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and family size fridge will meet all your meal prep desires. The dining room adjoins the kitchen, creating a perfect space for sharing meals and making memories. There is also a children’s retreat located also on the middle floor that offers a TV and lounges.

The availability of two secure parking spaces and street parking ensures ample room for vehicles, rounding off what truly is the ultimate in comfort and convenience. Also, with both a washer and dryer available, our home ensures a hassle-free and comfortable stay.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Please note some furniture is being updated and décor/furniture can change without notice. The downstairs Granny flat is not for guest use and is privately locked.

Nice but improvement needed

The house is nice and a short walk to the beautiful Fingal Bay beach. The kitchen was stocked with some essentials. However we had one bed continually collapsing and so was unusable. There is little to no window coverings which make the house hot and lacked privacy in the bedrooms. One set of keys and no lockbox is unsatisfactory for a house that sleeps 8. Fix these things and the house would be 5 star.
