Beach House, 1/20 Pacific Road

  • La Location - Beach House si affaccia su Fingal Bay Beach (pattugliata da settembre ad aprile) e dista solo un chilometro lungo la pista ciclabile / pedonale per raggiungere il Fingal Bay Surf Club, il Longboat Cafe e un fantastico parco giochi per bambini. Fingal Bay è lontano dalla folla, ma a soli 5 minuti di auto da Shoal Bay ea 10 minuti di auto da Nelson Bay. 

    La proprietà - Beach House è un moderno duplex al piano terra. Ha soggiorno e sala da pranzo a pianta aperta con ventilatori a soffitto, TV a schermo piatto, Foxtel, lettore DVD, wi-fi gratuito, Xbox 360 Kinect (con tre giochi), cucina con forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, piano cottura e seggiolone. Due ampie camere da letto (letto matrimoniale, due letti singoli king size e un letto pieghevole), ventilatore a soffitto nella camera da letto principale, bagno con doccia e vasca e una lavanderia interna con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Più uno spazio esterno coperto con barbecue a gas e un garage singolo.

Space, Peace and Ocean Views

This property provided us with the space, privacy and tranquillity we were seeking, while offering beautiful views and a less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. The outdoor shower on the lawn and the huge bath were a bonus too.

Great location and plenty of space

The unit was very spacious, clean and tidy. Well appointed kitchen with everything you’d need. Great outdoor area & yard, great for kids. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely come back and stay again with out kids!

Fantastic beach house

This property is fantastic. The house is actually better than it looks in the pictures. Huge open plan living/dining area as well as fantastic space outside to cook a BBQ and watch the beach. Extremely comfortable beds. This house is also in an incredible location - a short easy stroll to the beach (even with a 2 year old). We stayed for 7 nights, and will definitely be back!

Best place we have stayed in Fingal Bay

We have been going to Fingal Bay for 10 years. This was the best place we stayed. Clean, well equipped and excellent location. We put the car in the garage and walked everywhere. Highly recommended. Worth every $

Fingal Bay

Beautiful view from backyard. Could do with a thorough clean...windows especially but ok for our 2 nights. Carpet old but place was tidy. Beds were very comfortable..lovely view from main, just a bummer having to make own beds. I would stay again.

Nice property to stay in. Cleanness of outdoor area was not the best. Had to wipe off outdoor setting from black dust that had obviously been there for awhile. Black water ran from the bathroom tap, had to run for a little bit till clear, just put down that property hasn’t been used for awhile.

Fantastic Find in Fingal Bay!

Property was excellent and as advertised! Coming from Canada, I wasn’t sure what to expect but everything was just right. This property is spacious and well suited to a group or family with kids.

Our family stayed at the home for the weekend, easy to get find and great location. House was clean, linen was dropped off was waiting inside . Nice back garden to sit outside. We would like to come back for a full week

Good location and property

It could have been perfect only downsides were sheets were dirty, bbq was unusable as was unclean and covered in mould besides these 2 issues we would stay here again if a bit more attention was paid to the cleanliness of the property

Perfect

Property had a beautiful view of the beach. Spacious for our family of four and had everything we needed for a comfortbale stay. Kitchen was fully servicable with full size fridge and dishwasher which was great as we eat a few dinners at home. Also the lockup garage came in handy as we had surfboards to store. Spotlessly clean.

Spacious and perfect location

We all loved the house and enjoyed the space. Clean and very spacious. Only cons- Gas was empty in bbq so we needed to return to town. A stock of toilet paper and washing up liquid would have been appreciated.

Great place well equiped property

We had a fantastic stay. House was well equiped in the kitchen and a superb location, we fell in love with Fingal Bay. The only negatives with the property was that the TV didn't really work and the Wifi was very poor. There was an empty beer bottle behind the microwave when we arrived. Was just so nice to get away and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location, Great Apartment!

Perfect unit over looking Fingal Bay. Short walk to beach, shops and bush walks. Unit was excellent, very peaceful and roomy. Hot outdoor shower and comfortable beds. Large kitchen, bedroom and living area. Single lock up garage very tight to get into for a large car (SUV) so parked outside the unit during the stay. Will definitely return in the future!

Nickel-and-Dime at Fingal Bay

You have to bring your own toilet paper and gas for the BBQ, which was not cleaned hence we ended up not using it at all for the week. Lounge smells. I would recommend BYO bed pillows as well. You have to make your own beds. Check-in for keys didn't work and was delayed in the shipping container where you collect them. If these things won't bother you then add two more stars at least.

Nice house but service provided not as expected

The house is really nice, the location perfect, the view is great and we enjoyed the terrasse with the bbq. But the service provided is not as expected: We had to put the sheets on every bed The 5th bed was broken There was only one toilet paper roll for 5 people for 2 days Only one trash bag The proper sponge And the worst was that we had a lots of ants in the bed that woke us up at night Moreover, getting the keys and bringing them back 20 minutes away from the house is not really convenient, even more when we have to leave the house at 10am and want to stay around for the rest of the day

Awesome location!!

The house was very good for our young family, spacious inside and great grass area in the backyard!!! we loved the location, National Park on one side and short walking distance to the beach on another! Only one thing I would recommend is to wash/refresh quilts, mattress protectors, pillows etc. Otherwise house has everything what you need to enjoy your holidays! who knows we might be back!!

Great location.

Loved the sounds of the waves and the view from the dining room and the kitchen but we found we sunk into the lounge so wasnt comfortable. I also found the bed to be too high for me as Im a short person but once in it was good. The bottle of wine was really nice. I would have preferred for it to be stocked with the basic things.

Amazing view!

Outstanding location - quiet, yet only a very short walk to the beach, coastal walks, cafe & minimart. The beach view is even better than the photos indicate! The house is quite spacious (ground floor of a duplex), the main bed was incredibly comfy, and the small secure backyard a great place for the kids. The only suggestion is that the bathroom really needs an exhaust fan (which would be easy enough to install through the wall) and a few tired items are starting to suffer the test of time and could do with replacement (some kitchen utensils, bathroom bin). Note that there is no A/C (but there are ceiling fans). Minor issues though, and certainly recommended for a stay.
