Questo duplex contemporaneo con tre camere da letto è perfettamente posizionato, proprio di fronte alle spiagge incontaminate di Fingal Beach!

L'aria condizionata canalizzata è al piano superiore e sistemi separati nelle camere da letto al piano terra ed è solo una piccola caratteristica di questa proprietà di lusso che vanta anche pavimenti lucidi al piano superiore, una moderna cucina completamente attrezzata e una zona soggiorno a pianta aperta con una grande TV LCD e DVD.

Il balcone privato fronte oceano vanta una vista panoramica ininterrotta tutto l'anno e dispone di arredi di qualità all'aperto e un barbecue.

Una camera da letto al piano di sopra ha un letto matrimoniale, WIR e bagno privato, c'è anche un letto singolo a rotelle nel WIR.

Camera da letto due al piano di sotto ha un letto matrimoniale e BIR.

Tre camere da letto anche al piano di sotto ha due letti singoli e BIR.

Una lavanderia interna con lavatrice e asciugatrice e DLUG completa questa magnifica proprietà per le vacanze.

La proprietà ha anche un piatto Foxtel in modo da poter portare la propria scatola con sé e avere accesso a Foxtel.

Il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi sulla spiaggia o fare un giro di leisurelystroll per i negozi, i ristoranti e i cafè locali del surf club. Puoi goderti le belle passeggiate nel bush che sono disponibili a Fingal Bay e nei suoi dintorni. Il Bowling Club si trova a breve distanza e vi è un percorso in bicicletta / a piedi.

Perfect Location

Great location with views of Fingal Bay. Facilities and kitchen very good and everything as described. Be aware the bed in the master bedroom upstairs is situated on a peculiar elevated platform with steps leading up either side. While this may sound fancy it does introduce trip hazards when getting in and out of bed particularly if you have to go to the toot in the middle of the night. We managed, however, and it was a lovely place to stay.

Great Location

Booking and check in was easy.Plenty of communication leading up to our stay. The property is beautifully presented inside and out and the location is the big draw card. Located right across from the beach and beach access it is perfect. Great takeaway and small grocery store is an easy flat 2 minute walk away. The property was clean and spacious. Has almost everything you need. We found it bizarre that there was no cleaning product/ equipment though. If we were staying for any length of time shorter than a week I would be annoyed that we would need to buy counter wipes, detergent etc. There is a BBQ, but my advice check the gas bottle before you decide to have a BBQ dinner. Gas bottle was empty and luckily we just made the servo before he closed. The property has aircon/heating and the view is amazing to just sit and watch. Master Bedroom has the bed raised up on a platform. Be careful with this, it's quite easy to mis-step. The property was clean and we would certainly stay again.

Fabulous location

Booking the property was simple but I was very unimpressed about the procedure to access the property. I had paid in full well in advance and felt the need to give the names and phone numbers of everyone coming was invasive and unnecessary. Equally the requirements to send images of my credit card including the CVV code and my driver’s license was excessive; payment had been processed well in advance and Stayz has all my contact details already. Also the listing for the property says it sleeps 7, if I read all the fine print I may have ascertained that the 7th bed was a fold up and no linen was included for it. Sadly I didn’t see this. I really think if you are claiming 7 beds linen for all should be included. In spite of these shortcomings we had a lovely time in a great spot.

Excellent property in superb location

We wanted to stay local NSW and chose this location and this property for our first family holiday in more than 3 years, and we were not disappointed - "best ever" were the words I continued to hear. The accommodation was top quality, well presented and of course, across from beautiful Fingal Bay. We would book again

Property was excellent. Location and cleanliness. Missing some important utensils such as BBQ cleaners and blender. Agent Winnigs was unfriendly and any simple requests such as late checkout was a straight no. We asked to check out at 11am instead of 10am as 10am is too early to have breakfast, clean the property and pack. I asked if it is rented for that day and it was not even rented. I found this unreasonable and no effort made to accomidate.

Close to beach - nice views

Nice place but tenants note you need to bring own garbage bags, washing power & sponge to wipe benches. They do give you a tea towel and sachet of dishwashing liquid and some coffee. Someone had slept in maser bed as it had sand in it. Sheets were changed the next day. Wifi doesn't work downstairs which annoyed kids.

Absolutely stunning position - beautiful beach - outlook your die for. I would love to see a few extra things like more than one packet of dishwashing liquid, salt and pepper and just a few essentials. We really enjoyed the stay.

Enjoyable family stay

Property located in central Fingal Bay, opposite beach at start of walkway/ cycle path. Does get the NE breeze and some traffic, but overall very good. Nice cafe and good park area nearby. Unit very comfortable, although little tight for 4 adults and 3 children. Overall cleanliness good, we did have a couple of minor issues which were fixed quickly. Overall our family enjoyed our stay.

Great location but needs improvement

The house is in a fantastic location and has everything you need for the holiday. The downfall of this property was that the fridge in the kitchen was not working properly and only managed to cool down to a suitable temperature on our last day. There is another fridge in the garage, but that is annoying to get to if you have a lot of things to be stored like we did and if there are 2 cars parked in the garage. The doona in the main bedroom (off the main living area) needed a wash as it smelt bad and made the room smell. A beach umbrella and beach toys for kids were provided in the garage. Bring your own dishwashing tablets and tea towels as there was only one of each provided and the tea towel did not smell like it had been washed.

My husband and I took 3, 17 year old, Rotary Exchange students to show them the wonderful Nelson Bay area, we stayed at this fantastic house. Well appointed, opposite the beach, fabulous views, kids slept downstairs we upstairs, it was perfect.

Pros and cons

Unfortunately no wifi code and no return call when asked for - frustrating when you have to work on holidays and have teenagers with you. BBQ dirty with no gas, rest of house clean and views lovely. Checkin/out using app difficult when you are given wrong lock box number. Driving all the way to Nelson Bay from fingal to the lock box on check out frustrating as if you want to spend morning at Fingal you have to drive back. Easier if could just leave keys at house
