“We reserved a Spa Suite for $425 USD - upon arrival, the assigned room was tucked in the back corner of the property and was very, very tiny with a large tub on the outside deck - certainly not a room that should be advertised as a "suite". Even worse, the only view from the room/deck was looking at the backside of another building and the air conditioning units for each room. We asked to be moved to another room, but unfortunately, the property was completely booked so they could not move us....

“We stayed in Mantra for a week and loved it. A large well decorated apartment with views over the inlet, so close to shops and restaurants, and great facilities for travellers on the go. Equipped kitchen and washing machine were a welcome surprise. It was very peaceful given the central location, and we received a warm welcome on arrival. Unit had a large bed, double sofa bed, kitchen, dining table, large balcony, jacuzzi bath and shower. Parking was provided free in the underground car park....

Sono stato tre notti e non c'è stato alcun servizio in stanza. After much communication with Expedia, the owners of the hotel turned up the temperature on the pool. “Great location - so close to everything we wanted on a family holiday, but being just one half block away from the main street it was nice and quiet. The heaterd pool was a winner. The accommodation (2bd 2 bathrooms) was great for our family of four. Kitchen we well stocked (loved the toasted sandwich maker and tupperware). We walked everywhere - the playground, the beach, the coastal walk, coffee, dinner, Cane Toad Racing, Coles. Can't wait to stay here next time.”
