“Room was great, clean, comfortable beds and couches, and well maintained with fully stocked kitchen and full size fridge. If you had to stay an extended time period, this layout was great for vacations. Unfortunately, we heard people partying when I was awakened around 1230am early Sunday morning, thought about calling the main desk but eventually the noise level went down around 130am. “I paid for a suite that I didn’t receive. The reservation was made a full week ahead, I arrived went to the room they never mentioned anything. When I went back down to try to get it fixed I was told they didn’t have anymore suites. I don’t mind a smaller room, but I do mind paying for something I didn’t receive. Very poor management on someone’s end.”
