“Quick check in. Staff was friendly and received 2 complimentary bottles of water. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.”

“It has been a number of years since I have stayed here and the place is still immaculate. The room was so clean and comfortable, very spacious. The indoor pool I was clean and very warm. The breakfast area was the most neatly laid out that I have ever seen and the hostess did not let anything run out.”

“I came at 10pm and they made me talk to them through a window by the front door in the cold. They wouldnt even open the lobby even though it wasnt that late and they knew i had a reservation. I got to my room and it smelled like smoke, suppose to be smokeless. It was dirty with hair on the bed. Grime in the shower and sink. Walls were visibly dirty with hand marks. They did not clean my room inbetween even though i stayed several days. I will not be going there again.”

Alla fine questa scelta ci ha obbligato a percorrere più volte la relazione tra Portland e Vancouver che è una delle più trafficate trovate in America. Il motel è risultato particolarmente rumoroso.”

“Kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking. Expedia website shows they have ice, cooking utensils etc. They don't have any of that they will offer ice trays.”

“The entire hotel was incredibly clean! The staff went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I had rooms that joined, even though we booked them on separate platforms and made this request at check in. Beds were super comfy and the room lay out is great. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. For such a nice bathroom, I was expecting more pressure. ”

“The kitchen did not have any cooking or eating items at all. There was a sign implying you could purchase some at the front desk. The "breakfast" was coffee, some oatmeal packets, two breakfast bars, and one tiny muffin. We were there during the beginning of "breakfast" hours and there wasn't even enough for us 3 to all have 1 tiny muffin. There was hair all over the tub and shower curtain as if it was not even cleaned. I would not stay again”

“We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. The concierge on each night was welcoming and competent. My only complaint is that on the second night, our supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke. I reported this to the concierge, and she said that she would advise the manager to run a de-odorizing machine. (We did...

“The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I loved the hot tub. The 2 staff members I interacted with were very courteous and helpful. The outside of the hotel looks a bit old but the inside was nice and up to date.”

“We ve been there twice and have yet to see a coffee maker. Asked for extra towels twice and didn’t get those either. Absolutely no place to plug a phone charger into.”

“Unless you’re very desperate for a room i would keep driving. Absolutely filthy room. I used towels on the floor to walk from the bathroom to the bed and I used hand towels on the vanity to cover the surface. The smell in the hallway was of old cigarettes. I paid for two nights but only stayed one night. I forfeited the money as it wasn’t worth it to stay and be so uncomfortable.”
