“La scelta di un hotel a Vancouver presso Portland nasceva dalla volontà di trovarsi già più vicini ai luoghi da visitare ovvero le gole del fiume Columbia. Alla fine questa scelta ci ha obbligato a percorrere più volte la relazione tra Portland e Vancouver che è una delle più trafficate trovate in America. Il motel è risultato particolarmente rumoroso.”

“There wasn’t anything I didn’t like , except I was unable to book another night. I arrived after hours and she was very nice. I could easily stay there on a month to month with no problem or second thought. It was better than I expected. 5 stars all around. I definately recommend staying here. “Pros: Room service came by every day and it did have beds. Cons: The Pool was closed down, green and it didn't look like they had any intention of ever getting it back in order. My kids were not happy and neither were we because we were told that there was one there when we booked. The Internet was TERRIBLE! The connection was so poor it dropped constantly and wouldn't load anything during brief moments of connection. I had to buy more data on my carrier which cost me more than it should...

“You get what you pay for. A cheap place to stay. Rugs are well worn, lots of damage to furniture in room. Breakfast was sub-par. Front desk personnel were friendly though.”

The room was also shabby/worn/old, and so small--the whole property could really use some updating/refreshing/money spent on it. You feel let down when you see it. “It was gated for security which was good but the key cards to operate it and our room failed 4 times during our 3 day booking requiring going to the office. The old motel was refurbished but the outcome was very mediocre. No amenities at all The TV volume could not be turned down with the remote. It was not too terrible for the price but overall a disappointment. We won’t even consider returning there.”
