“Accused of taking towels????? No email no phone call nothing just blind sided when came back to check in 3 days later told i had to pay 35$ for something we did not do. ”

“When I checked in they seemed friendly, the few requests I had, the manager was rude and seemed put out. They are very strict on towels and smiles. The staff and many residents are on continual smoke breaks. I checked out a day early due to how uncomfortable the bed was and Steve the smoker employee intentionally hid the luggage carts so I had to move everything to the car by hand. I will never stay there again and I suggest you don’t either!”

Alla fine questa scelta ci ha obbligato a percorrere più volte la relazione tra Portland e Vancouver che è una delle più trafficate trovate in America. Il motel è risultato particolarmente rumoroso.”

“I arrived just after 12 am, about 45 minutes after I made the reservation. They said I was marked as a no-show, and they couldn't check me in for 30 minutes. I demanded a refund, and left. ”

“After a long trip, all I wanted was a quiet room with a hot shower and a comfortable bed. Hampton Inn has yet to let me down. Breakfast in the morning is a nice treat as well.”

“This property was clean and close to the airport. They have a shuttle that will pick you up and take you to and from the airport. It was right near a train as well that can help you get downtown. Their continental breakfast was also really delicious and their coffee was also delicious. Would definitely stay here again.”

“This hotel is just across the parking lot from the lightrail train-Max, It is great for transportation.”

“As described, there is a range, microwave and oven. The suite was clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful.”

“224 is really noise. you can hear the slide door open and close when people entire the hotel.”

“This place had unwashed sheets with stains and hair, not just one or two hairs, but multiple. The toilet flushed but would not stop without taking the lid off and adjusting the plunger thing. The room reeked. There were exposed wires near one of the plugs. The curtains had holes in them. The floors were dirty. I did not stay and instead requested a refund, and have been getting the runaround for the last two days.”

“We honestly are considering suing for negligence of cleanliness, extremely rude, dishonest behavior, safety, barged into room multiple times while I was was indisposed and told them to not enter, they required us to do our own cleaning and cleaned after them. Amy cut her finger and bled profusely for hours and we want this location to be removed from your service. We observed what appeared to be potential human trafficking, drug trafficking, and it was very unsafe and dangerous to be outside at...

“Not appealing was just a “ coffee bar” with blah muffins and nutri grain bars. The room was clean and comfortable, staff was ok. Kitchen was nice but would have been nice to have a coffeemaker in it. ”

“I am a bath person. After spending all day in intensive care at Adventist, I was looking forward to a hot bath; no stopper. I tried to shove a wash cloth down the drain, so I did have some success. ”
