“We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. The concierge on each night was welcoming and competent. My only complaint is that on the second night, our supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke. “It was the worst experience I have had. Within minutes of arriving, a guy staying at a room across from us attempted to break into our vehicle and ran off as soon as we walked out to stop him. Another gal, who was clearly under the influence, had people coming and going from her room. We ended up being there 20 minutes and decided to leave this place and book a hotel elsewhere. “I would like to be less critical; however, this was overall an extremely bad experience, and for paying $100 a night, that’s unacceptable. I used towels on the floor to walk from the bathroom to the bed and I used hand towels on the vanity to cover the surface. The smell in the hallway was of old cigarettes.
