“Super friendly staff! Cozy B&B feel. Great location, walk to town or train station! LIRR and Pines super convenient. Amazing authentic chef made-to-order breakfast!! “While the property was very clean, the ROI was atrocious. I believe I paid $940 for two nights. There was no restaurant, there was no bar at the property. I heard people walking in the room above me with the floor board/ceiling squecking. The breakfast "buffet" was a joke. Finally, insult to injury was the fact that we also had to pay $20/night for the valet parking as the property also did not include self parking. The property was clean w/out a doubt. “we needed to stay the night for a wedding and this hotel was perfect for an overnight trip with kids! much better to have a bigger room so the kids have space to play and the full kitchen is such a plus !! the included breakfast + 24/7 coffee / tea / hot chocolate access is a great benefit! definitely one of the best hotels i’ve stayed in and will definitely stay again!”
