“Very clean. Easy to get to. Listing as described. Bed and furniture are nice and comfy. Only thing I would add is a broom and dust pain and some Clorox wipes so guest can keep it neat. 5 stars! Very nice host. ”

“The rooms are clean and well kept , however after paying for your room expect to pay $15 a day to park your car in their parking lot with NO security and at your own risk. I will NOT be staying with them at any of their locations again. Money hunger will put them out of business”

“Super friendly staff! Cozy B&B feel. Great location, walk to town or train station! LIRR and Pines super convenient. Amazing authentic chef made-to-order breakfast!! (And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included). Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance). Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer....

“Rooms seem newly renovated. Very clean and spacious, TV offers Netflix and such. Only downside is you only get 2 pillows which are so thin.”

“Place is a dump but clean. I paid a lot of money because everything else was booked. It is the kind of place you meet a lady of the night. Guys were dinking beer outside at 1AM There was a cop sitting in the parking lot at 7am. To get key had to go into a plexiglass room that says “ only one person allowed at at time for “privacy “” BUT the room was clean, looked clean and smelled clean. Literally every other hotel on Long Island was booked Don’t stay here unless you have to”

“Tyler the manager was there around the clock to assist. Hotel was clean and comfortable. And near ferry for easy access. Next time I might spend more to get room with living room and private bath. sharing hallway bathrooms suboptimal? but cheaper.”

“We enjoyed a week long stay here. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The continental breakfast was great. I just wish that some days they would make the eggs a different way and not just scrambled. Another thing that I would recommend is free parking to guests! This a dog friendly hotel, which was important for us. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

“I was expecting something more, but for one night it was fine. The breakfast was fine.”

“The hotel was fine. Standard room, good size, good bed. A/C worked great. Had dinner at the Bistro and that was very good, with a great wait staff. The only issues were shower temperature was not steady and the water pressure was low. Also, there were only 2 elevators for the hotel section, and one was out of order. The remaining one was very slow. I found out the next day that the employee's service elevator was also having issues, so they had to use the customer elevators. That...
