“It was an excellent hotel room--large, clean, quiet--and the service was also excellent.”

“The hotel was very clean, staff kind, the only negative thing I have to say about the experience is even though they say that they are a pet friendly establishment, I was unaware that there was a large pet deposit per pet and I have 2 pets.”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“My stay was nice but the deadbolt on my room door didn’t lock spoke with the front desk and they claim they was going to get it fixed I was there a whole week and they never got it fixed. Every time I asked about it they would tell me they was going to call the manager. Well needless to say I guess they never spoke with the manager. ”

“Excellent except light bulbs out in room. And had to re-key room for second day ”

“The man that checked us in was the sweetest! He made sure we had everything we needed and then some things we didn’t. Will be back!”
