“Easy, fast check in. Friendly staff. Clean room. Great breakfast with a lot of options!”

“The shower in my bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. There was hair particles and what looked like small traces of blood in bathroom shower and on the inseam of the door. The quality of their pillows was piss poor as well.”

“The people were lovely. The building was old. The faucet in the shower was coming off. The mirror in the bath was peeling and the art work looked like something had leaked on it. Parking was great and it was within walking distance to what we wanted to see. I feel like it was overpriced.”

“Bed was nice, all the staff I spoke with were amazing and helpful. I had only one issue with one lady being kinda rude but EVERYONE else was so nice and helpful. Very nice hotel and right by the convention center. I chose to stay embassy suite instead of the host hotel for the free breakfast and very happy with my choice.”

“I stayed here for five days. Checking in was quick and easy. Room was pretty good, aside from the fact there was no shower curtain in the bathroom.”

“The staff who checked us in were very hospitable- but the key card machine wasn’t working so we didn’t have a key. They had walk us to our room. The breakfast was not good and the morning staff, especially working the breakfast, were rude. The suite was very roomy.”

“No iron each time I stayed. Easy fix to get rid of the rust on the refrigerators. The manager finally gave a room without rust on refrigerator. The receptionist seemed irritated that I didn’t want rust on the refrigerator. And invited me to fina another hotel. The rate was a good rate therefore I was invited to take the rust or leave it.”
