“I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival. There was hair from previous guests all over the bathroom floor, inside the tub, and even behind the bathroom door. The carpets did not appear to have been vacuumed, and the entire room had an unpleasant dirty smell.
