“The property was amazing. Breakfast was hot and many choices. The only complaint I have is not being told the water was going to be shut off for 9 hours. We had to head home early because of this and we were not refunded.”

“Beautiful hotel. Very well kept. Up-to-date. Our room was large and spacious. The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. Only room for growth is the wonderful TVs are not smart capable. Therefore, no Netflix, U2 Disney, Hulu… No signing into any of your subscriptions only basic TV.”

“Attached to the Galleria, the hotel is convenient if you want to shop 'til you drop, but is distant to the Houston downtown. I was there only for one night for a medical course, but the hotel lacks a restaurant of its own, with only a bar in the lobby area. There is food from the bar which is decent.
