“Check in was easy, staff was helpful, room had everything I needed.”

“I was there 3 nights we were 3 adults first night was fine the next night we walked in to a room that the blankets had just been tossed back on the bed had not been made the counter in the washroom was not wiped down and we had one set of towels missing this was at midnight ! However the next morning on my way out I mentioned it to the front desk and it got resolved”

“I was in Calgary on business and the hotel allowed me to be in proximity to the things I needed for business and out of the core, near several restaurants after working hours. The room was clean, though the cleaning was sort of hit and miss. I did do some work from my room which may be why they never stopped by. Breakfast was included and the selection of food offerings was more than ample to start the day. Parking was ample and the area seemed quiet and safe. The only concern was the...
