“I had stayed there mainly because of the hotel’s close vicinity to the hospital. I required specialized medical care there. I booked online through a third party and was unaware that in doing so I wouldn’t be eligible for the medical discount. While there the elevator broke down which was quite inconvenient. I asked if they would consider the medical discount due to the difficulty I experienced having to do 6 flights of stairs, hotel refused to consider it. I also feel that the cost of the...
