“Couldn't ask for a better experience from our part.”

“The staff were very helpful. The room was only cleaned once during a 10 day stay. Towels were always available upon request at front desk. The breakfast was the same each day. Which found us searching for breakfast elsewhere for a change. What was offered was good. Just no variety. The hot tub and pool were a hit with the family!”

“Room was nice, clean, bed comfortable, we did not spend much time at the hotel. The only issue we had was we made our reservation back in January and when we arrived, the room we had initially ordered was not available and was given an alternative room not an upgraded room.”

“The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The room appeared nice when we entered but there was a heavy musty smell in the room and the third of the room by the window was damp. Otherwise the room was clean and well maintained.”

“Amazing will stay again but the mattress is not great. Needs updating but everything else was amazing. No desk to work at for business but there’s a bar stool at kitchen counter. Location was fantastic. Restaurants stores walking distance. Hopefully the mattresses will get updated. Our actuallly sweated every time you moved!”

“My wife and I had a two day mini break at Grey Eagle and found that the pool was closed and the walkway connecting the hotel to the casino was no longer in operation. The hotel staff accommodated us to a great extent apologizing fir the disruption caused by the ongoing major renovations and construction due to the entire resort upgrades. Front office manager Stevie was so professional as were all of the staff we encountered during our stay. Little Chef restaurant was its usual high standard...
