Upon arriving, I waited approximately 35 minutes before receiving assistance, despite calling the front desk multiple times during that period. Additionally, I found the customer service I received from the front desk associate to be unprofessional. “We arrived around 10pm with our 1 year old. Check-in was straight forward, but upon entering our room, we immediately walked out and went back to the check-in counter due to the overwhelming vape smell mixed with a musky scent, as if someone tried to cover it up. When we informed the front desk staff member of this, all she cared about was asking if we had used anything in the room. I had checked in maybe 10 minutes prior--only enough time for us to move the car and bring a load of our baggage...

“Parked a Stinky dumpster in Handicap parking spot. trees, shrubs and grass needed to be attended too. Our room was missing a lounge chair. It was in pictorials of the rooms but ours had none.”

“The lake view was the only nice thing. Room had nothin. A bed and small table with chair. No phone to contact office, no fan, no TV, no refrigerator, no internet / WiFi, no in-room bathroom, no sink, no mirror, a detached head board, two flat pillows looked already used.”

“Siamo arrivati al hotel e alla reception ci viene detto che la carta con cui abbiamo pagato non era la stessa che risultava nel loro sistema (quando sulla fattura di hotels era palesemente la stessa da me fornita), dopo svariati tentativi ci ribadisce che non puó farci il check in dato il problema e prova senza mio consenso a ripassare la carta per effettuare una nuova transazione; tutto questo con la scusa che si trattava solo della prassi per poterci dare la camera.
