“A great place to stay for solo travellers. Beautiful surroundings. Have excellent connectivity to the city attractions via buses, bike rides also 20 mins walk to the downtown. Only improvement could have be made was regular housekeeping services in shower room.”

“One of the female front desk staff was short and made me feel very embarrassed.i think she was if Eastern European decent . Possibly Ukrainian . She processed the wrong credit card for payment without asking me and it was denied. Which I knew it would be because I only have a $500 limit on that card for the purpose of being wrongly charged. It was only to hold the room. Her entire face and attitude changed like I was some kind of criminal. I gave her another card I actually wanted it on for...

“Location was fantastic, room was fantastic, was very convenient getting in and out. Only problem was the bed was absolutely terrible. Other than that I’d definitely come back”

“Our recent stay was okay there was definitely room for improvement. We stay at this hotel as it is pet friendly and very accommodating. During this stay however we found the customer service lacking. On two occasions the hotel employees did not want to help us with requests. We asked for a fork and was told no forks and then we wasted water on our bed sheets and was told we have no comforters Definitely need to work on helping customers ”

“Bus accessible, 30 min walk to the ferry along a very scenic route. Nothing fancy but it's clean, there's grocery and a pretty good breakfast spot close by. Livable/10.”

“I chose this hotel because I had family at the Hospital and all downtown hotels charged you for parking! I appreciated the microwave and was thrilled to see a tub mat in the bathroom. Decor is somewhat dated and I wish there was a hot option for breakfast but overall I was pleased with the accommodation and the room rate.”
