“My room was never serviced. I had to ask for towles, soap and shampoo. Vending machines out of service. People outside the back entrance smoking weed and drinking.”

“Our room was fairly large and had a lot of space. The outlets really didnt hold plugs in very well but over all amazing property”

“Staff is great, very friendly. However: Only 2 bath towels For 2 people, husband had to use hand towel for hair. A $3 price on a sign on water with each bottle saying "free for special members but for "all other guests " $3 for a bottle of water, that's already in the room I find rude. ”

“The hotel had not had any hot water for several days, but failed to report that before I booked a room.”

“Room was medium clean bath tub was filthy, had to go but spray to clean myself. When asked for new towels, was told I had to bring down the dirty towels first. Do not recommend ”
