Case in affitto a Fiskdale

“Michael greeted us warmly and showed us around but didn't give away all the surprises (so I won't, either). This place is full of whimsy and imaginative joy! Great for kids or just the young of spirit. We were so sad we were only staying for 1 night and are already planning when to return and stay longer. HIGHLY recommend staying here!”

“Beautiful lake house. The dock with the kayaks and paddle boat made it so much fun for the kids. The dock isnt far from the house but there a decent hill down to it. Totally manageable for most people though. The open house concept kitchen area made it great for everyone to be together.”

“The add states an entire home, this is a home with small bedrooms and a bathroom. I was under the impression by the description the entire home was ours without others on the property. I’d put that in the description I felt under comfortable with the men on the property. False advertising ”

“We stayed in this property bc our daughter’s graduation (Amherst) was sold out. We used the property to have a place to sleep and shower exclusively. The duplex was clean, well equipped with towels and linens. We used two of the 3 bedrooms. The king size bed was comfortable enough. The queen size bed (not the bunk bed) was very uncomfortable according to my daughter and her partner. The house is in a quiet road and has plenty of shopping/dining options around it (driving). Communication with the...

“Fantastic host. Went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. Beautiful historic home that felt very welcoming and cozy even though it is so big!”

“Our stay was fine. The place was generally clean and had everything we needed. It is an older unit and is very plain. It’s not a warm and cozy place but it was sufficient for our stay. The oven was very dirty inside and one of the burners on the stove did not work but it did not affect our stay much. My only real complaint was with communications with the host. On the day of arrival, I never received check-in instructions. I attempted to contact the host directly without a response on the...

“Great, clean location to stay.”

“I loved the property. A unique place decorated with artwork. Worth staying at if you would like to be about 45 minutes from Hartford or Province.”

“The house was fine overall. There were just a few things that stood out - only 3 towels but we were 4, no baking sheet for the oven, lighting in the kitchen wasn’t great, couldn’t find the house or unit number and the lock box was hard to find. The main bed was very comfortable but the pillows were not.”

“We traveled from Delaware to the area for our daughter's wedding. It was the perfect home for our group, with plenty of room to kick back and relax. The home is located in a quiet community a couple miles from town. The bedrooms were comfortable, there was good water pressure throughout the house. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you need to prepare a meal. There is a drip coffee maker and an espresso machine for your caffeine fix. The host was very responsive to questions we...
