Elysium Cottage - A Cosy Retreat with Water Views

Elysium Cottage is new 2 Bedroom cottage on a 65 acre cattle property in Fitzroy Falls. The property overlooks the beautiful Fitzroy Falls Reservoir and is situated in a natural bushland setting and wildlife corridor. There are 2 bedrooms - 1 Queen Bed and the other is a Twin Room. The Cottage has an open-plan Living, Kitchen & Dining Area with wood fire heater. The bathroom is compact, sleek & modern. The cottage also has a verandah as well as private courtyard with bbq facilities. All the living & outdoor areas have views of the lake. Stylishly presented throughout with all the modern conveniences that you would expect for a country getaway. Although the Cottage is positioned 20 metres from the main house, your privacy is assured. Fitzroy Falls is only 15 minutes away from the main town centres of Moss Vale, Robertson & Bowral where you'll find plenty of cafes, pubs & boutique shops. The Morton National Park & the Falls themselves are a just a 5 minute drive from here.

The cottage was beatiful and clean. It had everything we needed with a beatiful view, fireplace and easy breakfast. Directions made it easy to find and it was a short trip to bowral. We will definitely be back.

A beautiful, excellently appointed cottage set in a stunning location. We enjoyed a family winter retreat here, and loved the log burner fireplace. Beautiful tranquil views and an excellent host keen to make our stay perfect. Thankyou !

It’s a lovely little cottage that had everything we needed. Loved the peace and tranquility. The host was lovely. Loved the complimentary bf items. Overall a great place. Cannot recommend enough to anyone who want to be away from your busy city life. The only suggestion I have is to have some blinds or shade over the main glass door. So we can close if we want for privacy. And open for a great view when we want.

My wife and I plus 6-year-old stayed at Elysium for three nights. To summarise 10/10… Property is new, fresh and incredibly clean. There is a great aspect over the fields towards the reservoir. Noelaine and Allan are great hosts. Highly recommend staying at the property and would be our first choice for the next trip.

We throughly enjoyed our stay , the cottage was beautiful and very private . noelaine was a fantastic host and all the little touches like fresh eggs and fresh bread /butter was a very nice surprise. We would definitely stay again and it was very close to everything in the area .

The cottage was so lovely with a magnificent view. The hosts are close by, but feels very private. Noelaine was lovely and helpful. The cottage had everything we needed. We were not far from town, but felt very tranquil. Could have stayed a week.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away at this cosy and charming new cottage with views of the reservoir. Upon arrival we were greeted by a beautiful heard of cows and calves which our children were utterly enamoured by. We met our hosts who were very friendly and accommodating. They provided some breakfast essentials which we really appreciated and even let us feed the cows one afternoon! The cottage itself was everything you could want in a countryside getaway. Modern with all the essential amenities, but warm and charming. We especially loved the fireplace. Thanks for having us Noelaine and Alan. We will be back.

We had an amazing stay at Elysium Cottage and are already planning to return. The cottage is so comfortable with wonderful views. We enjoyed spotting kangaroos and plenty of birds. Very clean, peaceful and cozy property. You will want for nothing in terms of amenities, except perhaps for a Smart TV if you dont intend to explore the surrounds, which this property/location is abundant of. Very close to the Fitzroy Falls viewpoints and the Morton National Park and a short drive to Bowral and Mittagong areas. The host is very sweet, easy to contact and has every intention for guests to have a good stay. Thank you for the breakfast items, chocolates and wine!

We totally annoyed our weekend of bushwalking and being able to retreat and relax in this beautiful and well appointed cottage. Our hostess was welcoming and friendly and we were delighted to find breakfast and other treats on our arrival. It was a pleasure to stay at this accommodation. Everything worked and was beyond clean. The beds and bedding were of high quality and super comfortable. The "welcome breakfast pack" was much appreciated, as were the other "treats". We were 4 family members that stayed to attend a wedding close by and it was "absolutely perfect". Thank you for being such a Super Host Noelene.
