“Nice hotel with perfect location to the college. We loved the roof top bar in the evenings.”

I put in to come to this establishment to have a nice calm little vacation but the manager in the morning when I got there said over the app cause I mistakenly booked the hotel for the wrong time said I could come there anytime and they will book me in. I got there and then I had to wait at least an hour or two just to check in sitting inside my car on a hot day and then second of all I had some extra guest who stopped by in the room and he thought they were...

“The entire property was in dis repair, dirty sheets on the made beds, stains on the comforters, food mashed into the carpet of the room, grime and stains on the phone, smoke detector not attached to the ceiling, ceiling was peeling off above the shower, toilet was not secured to the floor and shifted to the right … hallway carpets torn and peeling away from the walls, and odors throughout the hotel that could not be identified….”

“Room was fine Smell when entering from the back door was nasty- old smelly carpet, Weeds in rock garden - looked unkempt. And, back door didn’t have any security lock.”

“The air conditioning worked very well. Guests were loud and walls are thin. Front desk guy was very nice. The stay was ok. The restroom was very clean.”

The professionalism exhibited by every staff member that I came in contact with, provided the utmost customer service support. I would like to acknowledge Ty, and her leadership skills. I witnessed a few unforseen situations that was out of her hands; for instance, the key cards were not working and she had two guests in line....

“Vorrei dare un punto in più per la molta gentilezza dei due attempati quanto simpatici proprietari, ma lo schifo che c'era nella camera la mio arrivo (nel tardo pomeriggio) non può essere perdonata. Devo dire che lui ha provato a "spingermi" un'altra camera con diversa e non utile conformazione... Ma se poi io voglio quella, prenotata 4 mesi fa... me la devi far trovare pulita... Gli dico "Il bagno è sporco", lui mi dice "Appena possibile ti mando qualcuno", "...sì... ma 'appena possibile'...
