“At first the customer service seemed very good. We got to the room and it had a dirty bathroom floor, garbage on the floor behind the bathroom door, needed a extra blanket for my granddaughter's crib to help her be more comfortable and was told that they did not know where they were but would try to provide a stained blanket when other staff came in. Because it was for a baby they were concerned that it would get stained so they would only provide one already stained. I ended up canceling my...

“Yes clean but needs work not the worst I've stayed in. Clean though. Staff were great.give it a B+ would be higher but need work.”

“Room is simple and clean. Clean towels and bed linen. Lots of parking and free breakfast. EV chargers in the parking lot wouldn’t work. ”

“The Motel is conveniently located little north of Crystal River. It is really valuable for its price. It is clean, comfortable, with a nice pool and good breakfast. The overall experience have been really good for us and if we should ever come back to Crystal River we will surely come back to this hotel.”
