“Staff is always accommodating and wonderful! ”

“The receptionist was really nice, check in was smooth. Everywhere was clean the room is spacious and comfortable. The only issue I had, there was no microwave in the room. I normally travel with my food so microwave in my room is always a plus for me. I didn't bother to ask for one since I was only staying for one night. Overall, its a nice place.”

“The building is large and older with friendly staff who put on large breakfast spread, nice pool area which was busy with party and children playing, but staff limited in response as management clearly lacking interventions needed like adequate TV and wifi connections working, shortage of bedding, we had small area of black mold on exterior wall (fortunately dry weather when we stayed). Overall poor rating as we will not be returning.”

“there was no alarm clock in the room. I had to go and buy one! There were no drawers in the dresser.”

“Room was smaller than expected. We never received housekeeping. B3cause the front clerk never told us when we we checked in that we had to call for housekeeping.”

“For the price there were some discouraging aspects to the property. The flange on the tub was hanging off. We were called on noise disturbances when we were in bed. Before check out time a maid walked into room to clean without knocking.”

“Michelle was amazing, the staff was very pleasant to deal with. Room extremely clean, looks like a new property, upgraded gym equipment, clean indoor pool. Room was specious, free WiFi and parking. Nice breakfast too.”

“I was not given the room I had reserved 2 months in advance(reserved Feb 8, check-in the April 22nd, checkout April 26th). The room we were given was absolutely filthy. Dust, crumbs and garbage under both beds as well as the frames/boxsprings being broken. Gatherings of hair and food crumbs in the coners and along the walls. Ramen noodles and silly string behind the main door. Soda spray on the wall and light fixture above the sink. Stuff leaking out from the exposed side of the extremely loud...

“With the exception of Ethan, the front desk staff we interacted with were rude and, in one case, simply abusive. We had to move rooms three times due to booking issues and were told we had to leave after one of our two nights before Ethan found the error. Never again. ”

“This is an older hotel that seems to have been updated nicely. My room was on the first floor and was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was updated and fresh. Breakfast was 6-10am and they had a great selection of hot and cold items to choose from. The coffee was fantastic. Craig, at the front desk, was friendly and efficient.
