“Upon arrival I was there an hour and a half early and they wanted to charge me $30 extra. I have never had to do that anyplace I've ever stayed so I said I'll be back. But then later on that evening we decided to go to the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi wasn't working and it looked like the pool area hadn't been clean in a long time. “Room was clean, large size with couch. Everything is a step above all the other hotels we typically stay in, such as IHG, BW, etc. Did not hear any noise in hallway or other rooms. Mattress was very comfortable and nice linens. Highly recommend.”
