“We had a great stay ! Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Great location to all places we visited - Hatley Pointe, Appalachian hiking trails, Biltmore Estate. The best part about the hotel was the staff. The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast area was extremely kind. Very happy with our stay. ”

“I had high hopes for this stay, but unfortunately it did not meet expectations. The front desk staff was very nice and quick, which I appreciated, but the room itself was not clean. The towels were stained and had visible dirt/marks on them that made me uncomfortable using them. The bed sheets and bed cover had hair, stains, and some holes.
