“The air conditioner worked GREAT at this house. This house is not for anyone with mobility issues because of the stairs. The boys loved the game room and they stayed out in the ocean. It has a hot tub but in July it is a little too warm for that. Everything was clean. We enjoyed our stay. The ceiling fan up in the loft bedroom made loud clicking noises randomly but everything else was great. ”

“Nice place on the River to relax. We are more for staying on the Beach but we absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Neighborhood is quiet. We had a relaxing stay. The home is beautiful and everything you need is available at the home. Our family ended up not being able to join us so we ended up staying in the back part of the home. It was perfect with the sliding glass door that opened up to the patio next to the River. It was like a little apartment within itself.”
