    LASCIATE CHE L'OCEANO VOGLIA DI DORMIRE !!!
    Il nostro duplex di fronte all'oceano si trova a quattro miglia e mezzo a nord di Flagler Beach direttamente sull'oceano, a 50 piedi dal mare, in una zona privata della spiaggia, tra diverse case private. I due piani sono stati insonorizzati e hai il tuo ingresso privato. La tua privacy non è stata compromessa. L'unità inferiore ha una vista eccellente sull'oceano dal soggiorno, dalla camera da letto principale e dalla veranda rinnovata di recente. Puoi SEMPRE sentire le onde che si infrangono sulla spiaggia. , il piano superiore ha un ponte per sedersi, rilassarsi e godersi l'alba mozzafiato con vista a volo d'uccello, l'intera unità è stata appena ristrutturata / rinnovata (dicembre 2017) e abbiamo aggiunto un secondo bagno, quindi ora offriamo 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni !!!

    È molto bello e molto pulito. Abbiamo un grande portico est aperto di recente ristrutturazione che si affaccia sull'oceano, cortile curato e duna privata a piedi con un ponte di seduta / abbronzatura sul fondo. Abbiamo un Ocean Kayak, tavole da surf e paludose, sedie a sdraio e giochi da spiaggia per il vostro uso. Tutto quello che devi portare è il tuo asciugamano da spiaggia preferito e la crema solare.

    Se stai cercando una spiaggia privata lontano dai condomini e dalle spiagge affollate che è DIRETTAMENTE sull'oceano, questo è il posto che fa per te. Siamo a 20 minuti da St. Agostino e anche Daytona, e 90 minuti dalle attrazioni della zona di Orlando.

    Abbiamo anche una conoscenza locale dei migliori posti dove mangiare, fare shopping, luoghi da visitare, cose da fare e vedere il sito per aiutarti a ottenere il massimo dalla tua vacanza.

    Se ti piace fare surf, abbiamo nel nostro cortile alcune delle migliori attività di pesca sulla costa orientale. Ti mostrerò anche come legare la mia attrezzatura da pesca da surf super secert, garantita per catturare molti pesci. (Foto delle catture recenti disponibili su richiesta.) Wonderful Getaway

My wife and I decided to stay here with a few friends for a weeklong vacation and it was an amazing experience. ! The house was wonderful, close to a bunch of different restaurants, and we had easy access to St. Augustine or Daytona for Day trips. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed on the top floor of the Flagler Beach House, and it was an incredible experience. The unit is extremely clean and well-equipped and provides some of the best views of the Atlantic Ocean on the east coast of Florida. We can't wait to return next year!

We have stayed here several times. Flagler BH is an annual event for us and will continue to be. Could not ask for more perfect accommodations and Bryan was very responsive to any questions we had. Flagler Beach is a great little sea side town. Look forward to returning !

Fantastic home and location!

Very nice, clean, and well-decorated home. It was perfect for our 3-day getaway in Flagler Beach and St Augustine area. We wanted a house that was as close to the ocean as possible and we were definitely not disappointed. The property manager communicated very well from reservation to check out, which was appreciated as well.

Our stay was perfect. We could not get over the view from the large windows. It was private and quiet our entire stay. The house is comfortable and updated. I could not recommend enough.

Our favorite beach house!

This was our second trip to the Flagler Beach house upstairs. It is definitely our favorite place to spend a weekend at the beach! The views are amazing! You are close to everything without being in the middle of all the chaos of the holiday weekend. The house is well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

Peaceful. Quiet. Great Family Vacation!

Such a wonderful place for a family beach vacation! This is our 3rd vacation to the beach house and have enjoyed a wonderful experience each time. Having the house right on the beach provides a spectacular view of the ocean and marine life as well as a very short walk to the beach. This vacation experience is unmatched for the convenience and peaceful beach setting that you get to enjoy! We will be coming back each year.

Loved returning, once again, to the Flagler coast and the Flagler Beach house! As always, the unit was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. The proximity to the sand is a rare find which is one of the things I love about this place. Very quiet, uncrowded, and just plain beautiful! Can't wait to return again for my 5th time!

The trip was badly needed and it fit the bill!!

This was my third time to enjoy this wonderful setting. Great house, beautiful sunrise/sunset views, amazingly close to the water. And the moon. We watched it every night and were able to see the "blood moon" that occurred. Absolutely beautiful. Would love to go down again.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway

We were spoiled by our stay at the Flagler Beach House. As native Floridians we’ve stayed all over the coasts of Florida but this was our first beachfront house and it was exceptional! The unit was perfect, the picture windows facing the ocean allowed you to enjoy the water even if you weren’t on the sand. It had all the amenities and was very comfortable for my multi-generational family. Also, Bryan the property manager was phenomenal; we realized the microwave was out late in the day, he was over same day to assess the issue and he was back the following day installing a new one. We will be coming back for our next beach getaway. Thank you to the owners and property managers for a wonderful experience.

Never tire of that ocean view!

This was our second stay at the Flagler Beach house. And, if possible, it was even nicer than last year! We enjoyed beautiful sunny days, lovely walks on the beach, relaxing cocktails on the deck each evening and low key casual, yet delicious, local dining. The house is appointed with everything one could need to be comfortable and at home and the heating - when we needed it, and cooling, when we needed it - were excellent! We are in love with the Flagler area and all it has to offer (St Augustine/Daytona), having previously owned in busy Fort Lauderdale. We’ll be back!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Very peaceful beach and nice house and location

The beach house was very nice. We had neighbors below but you would never know it (and they happened to live 30 minutes from our house in Michigan). The beach is absolutely beautiful. Quiet and no seaweed or jelly fish etc. Lots of shells. East beach to walk and the damage done to the dunes was not an issue for us. We just walked down the sand hill to the beach. The view fro the house was beautiful!! Sunrises are worth getting up. The managers of the house were super responsive if we needed anything. We would surely consider returning.

Restful week at the beach

We stayed in the upstairs unit for one week in mid May. We have been coming to this house for six years. It is a home away for us. We always find the week is gone in a wink. We spend most of our time at the house. It is equipped with what we need to be comfortable and content. The view from the upstairs is very nice. The back is almost all windows giving one the feel of being at the beach even when you're indoors. During the day there are many coastal birds and some marine mammals to be observed over and in the ocean. In the evening the sunset is a fitting end to a peaceful day. Having the private beach as ones backyard is priceless. There are many toys in the outdoor enclosure for enjoying the ocean up close. There are also chairs for sitting in the shade and watching the world go by. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay at the Flagler Beach House!

It was super adequate for 4 people (2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms). The equipment was completely adequate as a dishwasher was available (almost everything available 6 times --> crockery, cutlery, glasses). Otherwise, everything is typically American (air conditioning, large refrigerator, TV with countless programs...). Parking directly in front of the house, beach utensils sufficiently available, nice contact to the landlord, a very late arrival (11.30 pm) was no problem, as combination lock on the door. Although expensive, but very good accommodation as a basis for a great holiday!
