“The old concept of offering genuine “service with a smile” is a rare thing these days but is alive and well in the Coconut Grove Regency Hotel in Accra. From first contact, the standard of customer service was exceptional. A 2-hour flight delay late made us worry that the free hotel transport would be long gone but as we exited Accra’s brand spanking new Terminal 3, it was great to see our name on a board held by the Regency’s friendly and approachable driver. “My Mother and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Customer service was very good and the room was very clean and comfortable. We were in a convenient location for City Tours too which was handy. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good although there were always a few things that were unavailable, especially desserts. All of the staff were very polite to us and made our experience better. They also provide shuttle for the airport which was perfect. We will definitely consider this...

“Room was small but okay if we considera the rate I paid for the room. The staff should consider the guests when they start their daily operations around 6:30 am. Couldn’t sleep well. Great location. Decent gym but treadmills shall be replaced with better equipment. ”
