“Was nice”

“The waterpark is a total rip off. You get a room they give you 4 wristbands that I lets my children use. Fast forward we walk in and I get stopped I need to pay an extra 10 dollars for a band so I can watch my kids. Food prices outrageous, and even though it said complementary breakfast we got a bill for 61 dollars… be careful we also had poop floating in the pool they threw chemicals and just let kids swim in poop water… ”

“One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at! And, we have stayed at many! Checkin was very efficient, all the staff were so friendly! The room was so spacious, with lots of counter space! The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. Nice shower with wonderful amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion to use. “The pool was empty and we were not informed. The room was a very tight fit simply opening the door.”
