“I had a different circumstance that required me to go down there a day earlier...I tried through Expedia to change my reservation but was not successful. I called the hotel directly and they were able to assist me so I ended up staying a day earlier and kept my reservation for the original night stay. Hope and the crew were amazingly understanding and helpful. “Horrible customer service. We arrived at midnight to check in and were not informed that there was any construction going on. At 7am we’re awaken by loud construction on the roof we were on the third floor. I called the front desk and asked if there was construction going on since it was loud which she confirmed and she didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience nothing she just stayed quiet. Toilet was broken and tv did not work.”

“Do not attempt to stay here. At the time we booked the pictures were not up to date. The pool is permanently closed. The interior is moist due to insufficient cooling/de-humidification. The room was left with no air while unoccupied and was 78F and absolutetly dripping with contained humidity and the strong smell of mold. It had lights that were failing and blinked constantly.
