“Bed bugs. Piles of trash in the hallways. Checked out at midnight when we found bed bugs on our bed.”

“Homeless take over .. not safe for traveling alone . ..kids or in general. Paid for a double room..was missing a couch or recliner .. just a bug emptied space infront of the Air conditioner/heater n widow area .. like it wss still being in the **remodeling * process .. staff wss nice ..but didnt care about the homeless all over the property ”

“All'inizio la mia camera era nella direzione della strada e per il rumore sono stati gentili a cambiarmi la camera,ho rilevato problemi più volte avvisato la recezione senza risultati ia TV non si riusciva ad abbassare il volume così dovevo spegnerla,una finestra del bagno potevo chiuderla aprire se smontando il pannello ,la luce della camera mancava una lampadina ed era fiocca . Per la pulizia della camera passava l'inserviente solo se avvisavi ,più volte si e dimenticata il cestino dei...

“The hotel states to do a light touch everyday. Our room was cleaned the first day but not the rest. We talked to the front desk on Friday morning and we were assured the room will be cleaned that day. It wasn"t. We talked again in the evening and the told us it would be cleaned on Saturday. Obly when we complained on Saturday evening that the room hadn"t been cleaned for 4 days, the recepcionist sent a maid to collect trash and gave us fresh towels. Finally on Sunday the room got the light...

“このホテルは評価が極端に分かれていますが、泊まった部屋によるのでしょうか。私は1階の部屋でしたがこのグレードのホテルとしてはとても良かったです。電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、コーヒーメーカーもありました。コーヒーはフロント横のロビーでいつでも飲めるようにしてありました。 施設のコンディションを★1つマイナスにしたのは後付けの床置きエアコンの音が大きかったからです。神経質な人はとても気になると思います。 朝食は朝食の時間帯にフロントのスタッフに言って受け取るシステムです。チーズパン、りんご、ヨーグルト、リンゴジュースの入った紙袋を渡されます。フロントではその説明はないので知っておいてください。 空港までの無料送迎もありがたかったです。送ってもらいたい日時を前日にリクエストして送ってもらいました。”
